This guided meditation has been written specifically for indoors. It can be done in quite a small area. It is not about the distance you walk, but more the awareness that comes with placing your attention to walking. It is suitable for anyone and especially those of you who may be restricted to indoors at present, if you are unwell, or recovering from surgery.
