Connecting With Your Inner Child

Are you living your life reacting to old wounds from your childhood?  Old wounds that keep you telling yourself that you are never good enough, smart enough, worthy enough, beautiful enough, or perfect enough?
Take twenty minutes to be within yourself and connect with your Inner Child.  Your Inner Child has always been with you but may have shut down long ago.  Your Inner Child is the expression of you that is free, innocent, playful and lovable.  Your Inner Child longs for you to love, protect and care for her, or him.  
When you spend time with your Inner Child (even for five minutes a day), you may notice that you stop rejecting yourself with negative mind chatter.  
Become the loving, accepting parent to your Inner Child and watch as your life unfolds in miraculous ways.
