Lofty words, but is it possible to feel connected to all that is? It would seem so. It is our true nature to be in unity. The mind, and how we have been conditioned through the mind keeps us separated.

This guided meditation is very simple. It encourages you to feel connection. Connection begins within ourselves. If you experience feelings of separation, and lack of intimacy in your life sit back, breathe and connect to yourself and to and to all that is.
