This guided meditation is a quicker, and more simplified version of the others available on our website. It can be done at home, at work, on public transport, waiting in the airport, waiting for someone, before bed, just about any place where you can find a little space. The more you practise, the quicker you will become more relaxed, and more at peace.


Preparation

First of all, find a quiet room, or place where you won't be distracted or disturbed. As you become more proficient in this guided meditation, you can absorb just about any environmental noise by simply letting it pass through you without judgment. Next close your eyes and take a few deep breaths.
