Moving Beyond Negative Thinking: Lift, Open and Embrace
Negative thinking can keep you stuck in the past, or dreading the future. It impacts every one of us. Since the time we were very little, we have taken on thoughts and beliefs, some negative and self-destructive. When these negative scripts sabotage the enjoyment of life, they can reinforce beliefs of self-alienation, not only from yourself but from the world around you.
Becoming aware of these thoughts, we no longer act them out in unconscious ways that undermine us, or whoever we interact with. Not judging yourself as 'bad' because you have negative thoughts, enables you to take action to change not only yourself, but the injustices you see in the world.
