Letting Go of a Negative Memory

Memories from past experiences often haunt us for years.  We can replay them in our mind over and over again.  With negative memories come emotions that may overwhelm us years after the event.  We can feel anger, sadness, rage, resentment, or shame as we relive old negative memories.  
 
In this short audio, I invite you to approach a negative past memory in a way that may help diminish its impact on you; reducing emotional anxiety, as well as the obsessive thoughts associated with that memory.
