This short guided meditation enables you to harmonize the rhythm of your heart with your breath. What you are about to experience is simply using your heartbeat as a way to regulate your breathing. You can decrease or increase the number of counts for your comfort so that your breathing flows easily. If you do this keep the ratio the same, that is, hold your breath for twice as long as the inhalation and the exhalation.
