As an Empath, you'll be very aware of how you're able to fulfil the needs of others so well. Often you'll take up as little room as possible, to give others their space, leaving you feeling quite depleted and missing your own space.
Feeling emotionally and mentally exhausted, you recognise the need for self-protection, yet feel afraid to set boundaries.
If you are an Empath, it's really okay to say "No". Saying "Let me think about that and I'll get back to you" is necessary for your emotional stability and well being.
Letting go feelings of guilt because you often feel pressured to say "Yes" to everyone's requests, or even demands, is essential for you.
Being a Happy Empath is about being fully present in your body, here and now, centred and grounded, nurturing yourself, and responding to life in the joyful ways that your gifts give you.
