Holding Yourself in Love

As an Empath, your sensitive nervous system can become overloaded with too much sensory input.

This can happen anywhere.  For example being in a group of people, at work, at a party where there is loud music, in a crowded shopping mall with bright lights and noise, or in a cafe or restaurant where the cooking smells are too intense.  I'm sure you're well aware of the places or events that trigger feeling overwhelmed.

To process this sensory overload you need to take time out for yourself, in your own sanctuary of solitude, peace, and quiet.

In this guided audio called 'Holding Yourself in Love', you can come home to yourself.  You can experience giving back to yourself the compassion, kindness and love that you so willingly give to others.  This guided audio will replenish you, as you take time out to take good care of yourself.
