Thank you Elisabeth for the audio meditations, at first , I thought another site for meditatons, so what's so special about this one---- but this is by far the best, better than the cds I bought. Your voice, & the simplicity of everything is terrific.

It's working for me, I feel so calm & peaceful, I'm meditating every day now, whereas before, I'd do it & then couldn't be bothered keeping it up.

The meditation was so vivid, colourful and lifelike that i've sketched (and im usually a really bad artist) my guardian angel that i met.
