This guided meditation/relaxation is designed to help your body and mind settle into deep relaxation and peace. You can do this guided meditation either sitting, or lying down. If you are feeling particularly stressed sit on a chair or cushion to do this. If you need to relax at the end of a challenging day do this in the evening lying down to help you have a good night’s rest.
