I created this guided meditation in response to a few of you who have asked - How can I use meditation to help with the fatigue of long-distance travel? This meditation will guide you on an inner journey, to withdraw your senses and enter into your own sanctuary of quietude and peace. A space to rejuvenate.
Although conceived with the traveller in mind, anyone seeking a longer guided meditation may find this one beneficial.
