This guided meditation focuses on anger. It’s something we all experience. What to do when you feel angry? The truth is that a lot of people stuff down their angry feelings for all sorts of reasons. However, by pushing them away they will come out in some other way. They don’t go away. For a lot of people feeling angry is just too unacceptable. Physical and emotional problems in time will manifest as a result of those denied feelings.

In this guided meditation you can experience your angry feelings in a safe and nurturing way. You can accept and allow those feelings to be there. By honouring them they melt away leaving you calm and at peace with yourself.
